CLEVELAND – On Thursday, July 29 at 10:30 a.m., media are invited to join Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley at the steps of the Justice Center (1300 Ontario Street) as he officially endorses Kevin Kelley in his bid to become Mayor of Cleveland.

“We need a mayor who is going to put community safety at the top of his priority list. Kevin Kelley is the only candidate with the experience, commitment, and determination to be the next Mayor of the City of Cleveland,” said Michael O’Malley, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor. “Join us in working to make Cleveland not just the greatest location in the nation, but the safest location in the nation.”

“I want to thank Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley for his endorsement and his faith in me to serve Cleveland as its next Mayor,” said Kelley. “A strong partnership with the prosecutor’s office is essential to improving safety in Cleveland’s neighborhoods and as Mayor, I’ll work with the County Prosecutor to help put career criminals behind bars.”

In addition to the recent announcement from O’Malley, Kelley has earned endorsements from Cuyahoga County Council Member Yvonne Conwell, Cleveland City Council Member Kevin Conwell, the Association of Cleveland Firefighters IAFF Local 93, Plumbers Union Local 55 and Pipefitters Local Union 120
